ABOUT CHASIDY
In my practice, my focus is to create a safe space without judgement, aiming to deeply understand each individual and your complexities while giving you the information you need to understand yourself and to develop a positive view of yourself. I believe in Patient-Centered, Consent-Based Care in which healing unfolds at your pace, in your language, and within your readiness. Your voice matters, and I'm here to listen. Working with shame, attachment wounds, and complex PTSD require a foundation of REAL safety and trust, and I've built my practice around creating that kind of space for patients who may not have experienced it before.
I consider myself a full-circle healer, focusing on the entirety of the individual (the interconnectedness of the body and brain; neurodiversity; diet and lifestyle impacts; complexity of lifetime and intergenerational trauma; gender and sexuality diversity; accessibility of resources and systemic issues, etc.) and collaborating with each individual. I am a trauma-informed, gender-affirming therapist with over 10 years experience in the mental health field assisting individuals navigate abuse and trauma, neurodiversity, as well as gender and sexuality, using both evidence-based and body-based experiential techniques.
As an individual diagnosed with complex PTSD, ADHD, and anxiety - as well as proudly living as an LGBTQIA+ individual - I deeply understand the lived experience of these complexities and the systematic issues we experience in modern society.
