    What does "neurodivergent" mean?

Neurodivergent is a term that honors the natural diversity of how brains work. It includes people whose thinking, learning, and sensory experiences differ from what’s considered “typical.”

    This can include:

    • Autism

    • ADHD

    • Dyslexia

    • OCD

    • Tourette’s Syndrome

    • PTSD and c-PTSD

    • And many more ways of being

Instead of seeing these differences as deficits, neurodivergence celebrates unique strengths, perspectives, and creative problem-solving.

Here at Neurodivergent Minds, we believe in the brain and bodies’ innate capacity and desire to heal, given the right conditions of safety and acceptance.

Working Together

A cozy living room corner with a light gray armchair, a blanket draped over the back, a couple of teal cushions, an open book on the armrest, and a fluffy gray rug on a tiled floor. The background features a textured wall painted half blue and half white.

Using integrated approaches, together we will build the bridge from your mind to your body, so that you may come to feel more grounded and develop greater agency over your life and well-being.

If you’re ready to explore the connections between your mind and body and begin the journey toward greater self-awareness, healing, and self-acceptance, I invite you to reach out to me today.
